条款

1. 20%  抵押金在合约生效当日缴付，其余30%款项在广告设计稿确认后缴付。  剩下的50%则在预定派发日2014年9月5日后缴付。
2. 若广告商在广告稿签订确认后取消广告将须承担50%的费用。
3. 蝠娃文化创意工作室对广告商的产品及其他额外市场行销活动而导致的诉讼并无相关法律责任。
4. 广告照片需以相机拍摄。相关图片需以(AI File , HI-RES PDF, NO BLEED  (CMYK, MINIMUM 300 dpi)) 呈现并在2014年7月31日前寄至to kscc1702@gmail.com。
5. 最后定稿及广告确认信将会通过电邮寄到贵公司。

1. 20% deposit is to be paid on the agreement date and 30% is to be paid upon confirmation for Final Artwork and the balance 50% is to be paid after the estimated distribution date, 15 September 2014 .
2. The cancellation of advertisement  after confirmation of the advertisement artwork will result in a cancellation fee 50% equal to that of the cost of advertisement.
3. Advertiser assumes all risks and agrees to indemnify and hold Kluang Star Culture & Creativity Management harmless for any and all suits, claims, liabilities of any kind and damages that arise from the advertisement and  any additional marketing and promotions.
4. All pictures should be taken with camera and artwork should be in AI file , HI-RES PDF, NO BLEED  (CMYK, MINIMUM 300 dpi) and be sent to kscc1702@gmail.com by 31/7/2014.
5. Our final Artwork and confirmation letter will be sent to your company via an email confirmation to listed  email address above.
